Richard Lloyd’s Cream Cheese Nuts & Caramel
- 2 x 250g spreadable cream cheese
- 400g pack of trail mix
- caramel sauce
- Turn cheese out onto the middle of a plate and shape into a round with a knife.
- Cover with trail mix, patting down into the cheese all around and onto the plate.
- Pour over caramel sauce – not enough to make it covered, but enough to give the contrast of flavours.
