Richard Lloyd’s Cream Cheese Nuts & Caramel


  • 2 x 250g spreadable cream cheese
  • 400g pack of trail mix
  • caramel sauce


  1. Turn cheese out onto the middle of a plate and shape into a round with a knife.
  2. Cover with trail mix, patting down into the cheese all around and onto the plate.
  3. Pour over caramel sauce – not enough to make it covered, but enough to give the contrast of flavours.
