Plum Jam

For about 5 jars of jam


  • 4 kg soft plums
  • 1 kg raw sugar


  1. Wash and take out seeds of plums.
  2. Spread into baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the sugar on top and bake at around 160°C for about 5 hours.
  4. Check from time to time and turn.
  5. While still hot pour into jars and put lids on.
