Plum Jam
For about 5 jars of jam
Ingredients
- 4 kg soft plums
- 1 kg raw sugar
Directions
- Wash and take out seeds of plums.
- Spread into baking dish.
- Sprinkle the sugar on top and bake at around 160°C for about 5 hours.
- Check from time to time and turn.
- While still hot pour into jars and put lids on.
