For about 5 jars of jam
- 4 kg very ripe apricots
- 1 kg raw sugar
- Wash and take out seeds of apricots.
- Put in 5 l saucepan
- Throw sugar on top and cook at reasonably high heat stirring regularly until all dissolved and fruit is mushy – maybe about an hour or so.
- While still hot pour into jars and put lids on.
