- 1 whole finely shredded cabbage
- 3 diced medium onions
- pepper (as you like)
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 500 g flat square pasta if you can, otherwise farfalle or bowties are OK
- Cook cabbage, onions and caraway seeds in sunflower oil with pepper until soft and slightly browning.
- Keep moving in fry pan – Takes about 30 mins.
- Cook and drain pasta, return to saucepan.
- Mix in cabbage and serve.
