Cherries & Sour Cream
Although the ingredients are Hungarian I have been making this dessert since high school days when a friend discovered it back then!
So simple and so delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 x 400g light sour cream
- half a cup of raw sugar
- 2 jars of Morello Cherries
- ground cinnamon
Directions
- Put sour cream in large bowl.
- Add sugar and mix.
- Drain cherries and add to sour cream, mix well and add a little of the juice.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
