Smoked Salmon & Pink Peppercorn Pasta
- 300 g smoked salmon
- 300 ml cream
- 2 tbsp pink peppercorns
- 500 gm tagliatelle or fettucini – best to be a flat pasta
- Heat cream in small pan.
- Add chopped smoked salmon and pink peppercorns. Simmer gently while pasta cooks.
- Cook pasta.
- When pasta is ready mix with smoked salmon sauce and serve.
Serve with parmesan and a crisp green salad.
