Smoked Salmon & Pink Peppercorn Pasta


  • 300 g smoked salmon
  • 300 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp pink peppercorns
  • 500 gm tagliatelle or fettucini – best to be a flat pasta


  1. Heat cream in small pan.
  2. Add chopped smoked salmon and pink peppercorns. Simmer gently while pasta cooks.
  3. Cook pasta.
  4. When pasta is ready mix with smoked salmon sauce and serve.
  5. Serve with parmesan and a crisp green salad.
