Roast Chicken

Simple & tasty.
Once again uses my favourite cut of chicken, the thigh with skin and bone.

Directions

1. Place thighs in baking dish.
2. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Salt & pepper the tops and sprinkle some paprika.
4. Place as much peeled garlic around as you like.
5. Roast for about an hour or so at 200°C.
