It is quite simple really! You need as many berries as you can get hold of – cook gently in a very little sugar, just enough for the sugar to melt. Strain. White bread – dip in juice and line bowl. Fill with fruit and most of juice. Cover top with bread. Weight with plate and tins in fridge overnight. Turn on to large plate!
