Greek Salad


  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • capsicum
  • purple onions
  • kalamata olives
  • good feta
  • dried oregano
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar


  1. Chop all the veggies and place in a large flat salad bowl.
  2. Throw olives over and crumble feta into large chunks on top.
  3. Sprinkle with oregano, generous amount of olive oil and a little balsamic.
