Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken thigh fillets
  • bacon rashers
  • sour cream
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • grated cheese

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the sour cream with some salt, cruched garlic and chopped parsley.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish and add a little salt and pepper.
  3. Cover with sour cream mixture, mix in well and then wrap chicked in bacon.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and cover with grated cheese, return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
