Bacon Wrapped Chicken
as made with cousin Jack Cardak 🙂
Ingredients
- chicken thigh fillets
- bacon rashers
- sour cream
- garlic
- parsley
- grated cheese
Directions
- In a bowl mix the sour cream with some salt, cruched garlic and chopped parsley.
- Place chicken in baking dish and add a little salt and pepper.
- Cover with sour cream mixture, mix in well and then wrap chicked in bacon.
- Cover with foil and bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and cover with grated cheese, return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
